Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 13 January 2025 regarding Pelagia Holding AS’ issuance of new unsecured bonds.

In connection with the new issue, Pelagia Holding AS has repurchased NOK 586.6 million of outstanding bonds with ticker PLH01 (ISIN: NO0010907785). The bonds were repurchased at a price of 102.
