FPC Fish Protein Concentrate

The feed ingredient FPC is a fish protein concentrate (FPC). It is produced from by-products originated from salmonid-free wild caught fish processed for human consumption (Category 3).  During the acid preservation at site, enzymes in the fish tissue hydrolyses the proteins into low-molecular weight peptides and free amino-acids, making the product is readily digestible and absorbable.
